1. Click On start, Programs and "Help and Support"
2. Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance
3. Invite someone to help you
4. If you have outlook as your default email client or any other email program, enter the following email address: FreeSupport@RemoteMyPC.com
5. Click Invite this person
6. Enter your Name and A Description of the problem you are having.
7. Click Continue
8. Set Invitation to expire in 3 hours
9. Require recipient to use a password. Enter a password
10. Click the online chat Icon to the left and give the technician the password you just entered
11. Click Send Invitation

If you DO NOT have an Email Client such as outlook, Eudora or any other email program loaded and configured on your machine. Continue from Step 3 above

1. Select " Save invitation as a file (Advanced) "
2. Enter your name and a set invitation to expire in 3 hours
3. Require recipient to use a password. Enter a password
4. Click the online chat Icon to the left and give the technician the password you just entered.
5. Click Save Invitation
6. A save box will appear. Save the File somewhere on your PC
7. Go to your email account such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or any other email account and send an email to: FreeSupport@RemoteMyPC.com
8. Attach the file you just saved above.
9. Send the email
